mine doesnt have smartassv2  sweat.gif ,have to flash latest version?

The CastagnaIT kernel comes with the latest version of EhndroidX 12.8.24.
But the current version for CastagnaIT kernel is v5 updated on 26/08/12.
You can flash the standalone if you're not using EhndroidX.

i do think the problem with me being unable to install EhndroidX is because i did installed CWM5 via All In One Installer?

Should i install stock ROM and then do it all over again?

I think All In One Installer is the culprit behind this... hmm.gif

Ironicly,it became worse,so fast battery drain,more lag.maybe i should stick with gb roms 1st.
*
the first day of using after flashing the rom, my battery drain was high. then charge it and calibrate the battery. not it's fine. i'm on 14hours now and still got 55% left for my daily usage. previous when i was using stock with custom kernel around 10hours got only 30%.

as for those minor bugs, still better when i was using cupcake and donut.

Ehndroidx. by right the steps should be like this (via xda)

For those who want to start from Stock ROM: :
Flash Stock ROM via Odin (the latest version recommended) - i flash stock using odin
Flash Recovery CWM by Odin - flash cwm5 using odin
Wipe Data
Wipe Dalvik Cache
Flash EhndroiX
Flash ROM - what does this mean?
Restart

Are you kidding?

There's no "Flash ROM" from the Stock ROM.

Coming from a Stock Samsung ROM Gingerbread 2.3.5/2.3.6:

Flash Recovery CWM by Odin (I use TWRP)
    Wipe Data
    Wipe Dalvik Cache
    Flash EhndroiX
    Restart

Heeyyyyyaaaa!!! At last!!
Thanks to those who help..Peculator,jacktay94, annonymous1234.

I am now using EhndroiX 12.8.28.

@zaxxshoxx - i have the same problem as urs. Try this method.

1. Download Endroix again and try with CWM 5.
2. If cannot work, download TWRP 2.2.1

Flash TWRP, advanced mode for CWM.

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1694617

3. Flash TWRP and go to advanced and reboot recovery.
4. In the TWRP recovery, install Endroix.

Walla!!ur done...
