same here, still waiting but mine's not rooted yet

just flashed to broodrom rc5,all my apps are missing eventhough,i had backed them up with titanium backup,(i wiped my data/factory reset) after flashing.is there any way to restore the apps back?

ur titanium backup also gone? unless u have nandroid backup, there is no way to get it back.

Tried several ways to Wake this phone up, but still failed. I think will send back to Samsung, hope can warranty for it...since i already rooted this phone and and installed custom rom. sigh...

but i cant in the recovery mode and my phone straight go to the start up screen ><~~~

problem solved,must re- install my titanium backup(from titanium backup files).

i read that Samsung don't provide ICS to our phone becos it's 512RAM and can't run Touchwiz UX.

vanilla android is the plain version of android, can say something like "fresh from google oven". those google phone like nexus s and galaxy nexus use this android, meaning that it has not touchwiz, or HTC sense or any manuafacture stuff. sine it doesn't has touchwiz, it use less resource and RAM and thus phone can be smoother
