Sorry, I mean where to find single chainring cranks that can fit in chainguides and eliminates front derailleur. Like those downhill bikes.
*
Any crank can fit. I'm using slx crank with e13 chainguide.

OH yes! i like certain things dirty brows.gif brows.gif brows.gif

Btw between 575 and nomad which would you guys choose? Reviews for 575 seems to be pretty good. But nomad got longer travel and seems more solid for rougher trails.

575 is slightly lighter. I would love to shed a few pounds off the bike, but no money cry.gif But i guess i can live with a heavier but prettier frame tongue.gif

Dirt of course can spray but got access chain lube that i forgot to wipe off so have to wash. doh.gif

Like a chopper...big in front..small at the back heheh

Interested to know about 29er ni...is it the real deal or just hype?
*
Technically speaking its the real deal. One full rotation of the crank for 26" is slower than a bike on 29". Put it simple 7th gear on a 29er feels like 5th gear on a 26" bike, lighter to pedal but same speed.

But i wonder why it is not catching up hmm.gif

Wonder why its so expensive hmm.gif Im sure the reason the manufacturers are giving is because of R&D. Ahh new stuff tends to be cheaper as time goes on. Till then i'll enjoy my current bike ! wub.gif
