Going lower pressure is good, but not until pinchflats. So just upped a few psi at a time until no more pinchflat and that would be your ideal air pressure for your type of riding.

Exectly what rims you're using? What is the air pressure you're running? Where exectly you're riding that gives you pinchflats? How hard were you ripping it when it flatted?

LOL... So how heavy are you?
40psi sounds like enough air... If your guage is correct. Maybe installation problem. Try sumptuous amount of talcum powder onto the inner tire & tube during installation. Added on December 20, 2011, 10:11 pmOtherwise if the problem still persist, save the hassle and do a ghetto tubeless conversion. This post has been edited by kaizer: Dec 20 2011, 10:11 PM |

I hope you're just riding around taman with it. I know a guy who owns components like your bike. The BB jammed up making it almost impossible to pedal on the 3rd ride. The RD is so flimsy bouncing around it got itself jammed into the rear wheel breaking a few spokes in the process.
I have an SR XCR on my bike before. SUCKS is an understatement. Never heard of that rim, it's an OEM? Gotta be careful on those hubs. A friend's hub develop play in the rear hub causing his gear changes to go all wonky. |

Added on December 27, 2011, 4:56 pmFrom my experience, the only thing that's working on an XCR fork is the lockout... LOL This post has been edited by kaizer: Dec 27 2011, 04:56 PM |
