V soon a specific (huge) group of borrower will be capped @60% LTV, think it will push down market price. I won't reveal which group it is but this group is the lubang to avoid 70% LTV for the 3rd property.

So secretive??? Got hint ga boss??? I think if u mentioned huge grp, those individual residential buyers r de 1 made up of the largest grp. Please giv clue la. Please!!! Please!!!

A smart member have posted the answer. but then it is LTV capping 60% not d price dropping 60% so no worry... it will take a few mth to announce then few more mth to implement like the rule of 70% capping AND the rule using net income to calculate.

該行指出,目前的屋價要再漲50至100%,才使國內平均房產可負擔比例.

Waaaa...
Means a condo that cost RM 350k - RM 600k should jump to RM 525k - RM 900k
And flat that cost about RM 100k should jump to RM 150k

Soon the entire rakyat will be a slave as a property renter

book any hybrid car recently?
*
The hybrid car's battery life span is max 10yr, the $ u saved from petrol may not be enough for you to change the battery. If really want save $, go NGV. Less powerful though...

But not sure if the BLR is going up as well. Could any bankers advise on whether the BLR would go up in the next few weeks? If so how much?

Thank you in advance.
*
bank dont ctrl blr. when bnm hike opr then blr & saving/ fd rates go up same time. bnm incr opr when they want more saving & less lending, as they hv done so last fw yr blr up from 5.5% to the current 6.6%. the trend is going upwards.

Which newspaper? 60% doesnt sound logical dont you think?
*
its logical, the actual figure could be higher e.g. 70-80%. when a guy buy house normally he applies few bank, if one reject normally all reject coz commitment too high. of coz there is some rare exception that mayb 1 of the 5-6 bank approve.

so sad? wanna buy house also cannot?  mad.gif

got any news about retail ar? i see the shopping mall tenants all sale kaw kaw, half price, 60%, 70% still not many buyers  sweat.gif
*
There are still many decent condos around RM220k & DSL around RM350k, some more MBSB offers 100% loan. For a start you can still find affordable house if not too choosy. My 1st home @2001 was a 880sqtf apartment bought with RM88k only blush.gif

After your house appreciate you can sell & buy a bigger, continue these steps you will get your preferred home as your salary increases along the way.
