but still,msg send using credit instead of data ..

maybe the recipient iphone is not connected to wifi so it treat as SMS

guys iMessage normally if wan to chat is via email or like whatsapp phone number?

imessage can be use with phone data,not only wifi ..
i just off " send msg as sms " at msg setting and my imessage works

I changed the contact detail to iphone instead of mobile. Then add +6 in front of the number and press send message then imessage can work d

I can't receive incoming/outgoing calls and use the *122# code on the dial pad. My WiFi sometimes get disconnected and battery life is terrible. Any of you are having the same issue?

My iphone 3GS is updated previously by someone else to iOS 5.0.1
but now i realized that my iphone is actually an unlock set.
what is the limitation of an iphone unlock set?
is that means i cannot upgrade my firmware?

so far i am running with iOS 5.0.1
the battery usage is just -6% from 100% --> 94% within 3 hours with downloading apps from appstore.

is this normal?

More than normal bro. Mine is like battery sucker. Always turn on 3G the battery drop damm fast. Heard 5.02 solve the battery issue.

Turn on the 3G when it is necessary and should be fine Come on man, they said the same for 5.0.1 but just hope for the best

it is better to turn on 3G all the time if u do not wish to experience dropped call...

just a gender reminder, u will not be able to receive any call or sms when u are surfing or in anyway using data under EDGE network... only 3G network allows that. Once i realized this fact, i have my 3G on all the time coz i do not wish to have any urgent calls dropped...

friend updated 4s to 5.0.1 and now experiencing the no-sim error.
Any fix?

Unfortunatey, I didnt experienced any call been dropped before without 3G on. I do receive sms and call when I surfing FB using EDGE. If you really have time to charge your Iphone everyday, then you can turn it on but not me.

Just my oppionion
