sorry for asking this question here, but i have searching around and could not find any more suitable topic to ask this question.

My iphone 3GS is updated previously by someone else to iOS 5.0.1
but now i realized that my iphone is actually an unlock set.
what is the limitation of an iphone unlock set?
is that means i cannot upgrade my firmware?

so far i am running with iOS 5.0.1
the battery usage is just -6% from 100% --> 94% within 3 hours with downloading apps from appstore.

is this normal?

so far my iphone 3GS running with iOS 5.0.1 with semi-tethered JB,
but gladly it does not have any issue
no battery drain or no any software problem, up till now

try to remove the app and install it again.
it might solve the problem
your purchased is already recorded in iTunes, it wouldn't have problem to install it twice.
unless your internet connectivity is slow, it may take some time
