funny thing is, both Rooney and Giggs case, no one said they were innocent

on the other hand...Gerrard and Suarez...well find the similarities yourself

QUOTE(dlct87 @ Dec 24 2011, 04:58 PM)
so far no Suarez's friends stood up to support him that "he thought the word is just regularly friendly gesture", if he really thought like that, he should be using that word as well in his daily life isn't it?

less grasp of the language? then apologize for causing the misunderstanding, is that so hard to say "i am sorry i didn't meant to stir you up"?

QUOTE(dlct87 @ Jan 1 2012, 11:17 PM)
the report did address this, go and have a read, then we will discuss
that phrase can mean "f**king hell", compare to "i don't speak to blacks" and decide
oh and, returning an "insult" with another insult, doesn't make you innocent

by all means, please write a letter to Liverpool and ask them to report to the FA, just like what Evra did
*
QUOTE(dlct87 @ Jan 1 2012, 11:26 PM)
like i said, report to the FA, why Liverpool didn't do that? instead of hell bent on those antics, and play victim in front of the media?

oh ya....they didn't even mentioned it, now what do we conclude? the fans are better than the lawyers they hired?

Sorry, I thought it was April Fool until I flipped the calender and found out that it's still January. All the comments from your post and all of a sudden, the bold part came out. How ironic. Now then, if I may ask. Who are you to conclude and condemn him in your every single post? Do you even know better than those involve in the proceedings and in the event? You just read it from newspaper like everyone else. So what gives you right to act it like Mr Know It All? As far as I am concerned, your name aint google. So, dont act like one.

He got his ban. We got our view and you got yours. I see no reason why this discussion has to go on. It's no like your "genius" argument gonna persuade us anyway. The same goes to our argument. So, no point harping over same old matter. If you think he is wrong, so be it. It's never ending story if you guys keep continue this same old issue and people from our camp keep replying. Let's save the mod time to watch over this because some people just cant stop trolling and by this, I dont mean you.

then the same can be say to you then, since your act of defending him also coming from "infos" you got from the newspaper, and from your club's statement

unless you don't find the FA report as a credible source of information about the proceeding, because that's what i read for the latest development, or did you even bothered to read it at the first place?

For me it's already enough to find that guilty of wrongdoing.. Since he admitted it.. So now everything with pool whether to appeal or not? Probably in sticky situation for them, if appeal outside ppl may see it as supporting racism..

I actually think the club should drop any thoughts of appealing and just take the ban. Both players gave different accounts and in truth, only they know what was really said. We can guess and assume but neither you nor I will know for sure, the FA feels that Evra has no reason to lie and his account of the event was more credible. I actually browsed through the 115 pg document and this is the best summary I can come up with. Because of this, I see no real point in appealing when the FA have already decided who is more believable. Any further reasoning and justification from either side will only serve to attack the other's credibility, since this is a matter of credibility and no longer what really happened, something no one other than Suarez and Evra will know.

lesson of the day:

1) dont racing in football, FA no riking racism and will punish hard on racism. (I am not implying anything so sensitive fag can GTFO)
2) it doesn't matter whether the victim took it or offender meant it as offense as long as FA felt its offense.
3) one man's complain without solid evidence like video footage is more than enough to nail down the suspect, this is to prevent people learning tactics of play cheat/flaming and get away before anyone have a chance to obtain solid evidence.
4) appeal it is gonna worsen your punishment.

thats all i guess from a perspective of neutral 3rd party.

You are right. I dont bother reading it at all. I dont waste my time reading 150 pages rubbish. 2 years ago, they said Evra not credible and now they came out with statement saying Evra is very credible shit. Sorry, I dont buy it.

The only reason I defend Suarez, is not because he came from the other country, or any other reason. The sole reason I defend him is because of the doubtful proceeding carried out. I failed to understand how Evra's evidence alone convicted Suarez. In that case, like Balotelli tweeted, the whole manu squad harassed him, will the FA ban them as well?

again, the proceeding committee members were agreed upon by both clubs, and not appointed solely by the FA alone

for Balotelli case, feel free to report it i say, just provide which match, which moment of the match it happens, then we will have our discussion on whether United should be ban or not

oh and, PFA chairman Gordon Taylor has admitted he wanted to bring all sides together on the weekend the incident took place — was rejected by Liverpool, who by then were seeking a charge against Evra for a false allegation. <--why this relegated to just a club's statement, and not an official charges, i don't know

finally, Liverpool's lawyer in the proceedings rejected the notion that it was one man's word against the other

no wonder laugh.gif

as for the bolded part, like i've said before, to summarise it, Suarez was inconsistent, changed his story, was proven to have lied at least once in his initial statement and couldn't produce a version of events that matched up with the video evidence. Evra's was consistent and did not conflict with the video evidence.

the FA panel did not judge based on a coin toss to see who is more credible than the other..they analysed thoroughly with the help of language experts before coming to a conclusion smile.gif

Does Balotelli even have a real twitter account for starters??

In any case, wasn't the supposed tweet something along the lines of "all it takes to convict Luis Suarez are the words of Patrice Evra?? In that case, the whole Man U squad abused me."

If people can't see that a joke, they'll probably need specs or irony classes. I find it funny that solstice is taking that as an example, repeatedly.

It wasnt meant to be a joke. In contrast, a sarcastic way of condemning how ridiculous FA can be. Then again, I might need a spec like you say. I have a very bad eyesight if you must know but as bad as my eyesight is, I still able to differentiate what is a joke and what is a post condemning the FA. laugh.gif

Again, the balotelli's tweet or lines ( for the record, i dunno if it's the real tweet, not like I am really into this thingy like airmood did laugh.gif ) was meant to have a dig at the FA. If anyone fail to see that, airmood can get you a spec. laugh.gif

As for the bold part, I have never see that. Any source? Would be glad if you can share. laugh.gif
