But now it seems that will not be the case.

Who know it might be 288 sales tactic. Only time will tell.

I also wonder what will become with the road. Will it be widen?

As the car park "rangka" looks more or less there, managed to see whether does it look like the poor fella who got the top 2/3 levels need to start from bottom and pass through each floor to reach the top to get to his/her car park or is there an additional road/ramp that will "cut" through a few floors so that no need to turn turn turn everytime going up and down?

Good tenant you can try your luck to look for Koreans, there's a moderate size Korean Kindergarten nearby.

If my memory had not failed me, sometime ago,the SA did mentioned something about a bridge from car park to the main building; but, I cannot recall that he mentioned anything about it being available for every floor. Hence, there may still be a possibility where the lift needs to be taken 2 times.*shrug*...

Ceiling Fan 3                                -> Depend on model = 500~1K
Gate and Window Grill                  -> 3K gua
Plaster Ceiling                              -> 5K can make it?
Door Bell                                      -> below 100
CCTV                                          -> Fake one just 10, real one need 1K
Water heather for bath room 2      -> With Pump below 500

Approx 14K needed.... (Without furniture)     

For those units come with Kitchen Cabinet and who wants to know about the Refrigerator reserved space, it is:
