if bitspower barb it is ok.. but if u pull out the tube after using it for quite some time then u need to cut the end of the tube coz it'll be loose a bit after that(tube already expanded).

We found XSPC barbs to be even better than bits power. There are 2 bitspower barbs on the res/pump and we had to use clamp on those because the tube can come off quite easily.

With the XSPC barb, good luck pulling it off once you plug the tube in.

hurm that why im asking since if it is straight tube its okay
ur customer pc got S tube, i think if didnt clamp it for sure the tube will come off in matter of time(using bits)

what coolant do you use in that cm 690 ii ??
i use EK blood red..the color is too dark.. sad.gif

The tube is not going to come off with those XSPC barbs.

It's EK Blood Red coolant. We are going to formulate our own coolant soon. Need to build one more of these 692A for own use

same with me it s look like real blood color

You don't add any water to the EK Coolant, it's a premixed solution. But supposedly adding distilled water shouldn't be a problem

IMO it looks quite dark.
I think u should dilute it with a qty of distilled.
