btw,do u hv any idea on this,can air purifier cure or prevent or minimize painful due to migrant (during period)?headache?

Just bought a panasonic latest air purifier FVXH50A with humidifying function. Put in my bedroom with Aircon on, I found out that even switch on humidifying function, after 8 hours of sleeping, woke up with very dry feeling, I wonder any panasonic user have same kind of experience?

NANOE ion is suppose to give u moisture to your skin, but how come after using this purifier, it was worse than b4 I am using any purifier?

Dont know how accurate your meter. I had a dedicated analog meter sometime back, the drop was almost half. For some people they can't take the dry of the Ac. One person is my wife, her throat will feel dry if the humidifier are off. and if you try put a wet towel in the Ac room few hours it will dry. Without Ac the towel will take whole day to dry.  Maybe I like cold and is always <24c

If the air is dry, not only throat will suffer. Your skin will suffer the most. Have you heard about placebo effect? a flour pill can heal your illness if you really believe it is the cure for it. Just like the dry throat.

Yeah.. I understand.. by looking at your device alone i know it is a good one.

Air cond is just to cool you down to comfortable temperature, usually 28c till 25c. Want to get frozen, better stay in the freezer.

Humidifier can function as air purifier as well you know? when we blow the air in the water, the water will absorb most of the impurity out of the air leaving purified air to the room. The longer the air is in contact with the water, the cleaner the air will get. But humidifying a humid air, i really cannot comprehend this.

If you really need to humidify you room you can DIY with low cost. Just put a bowl of water in front of a fan. The wind will evaporate the water and then humidify the room.

But in asian, country like us, removing the humidity is much more beneficial than make it more humid. Even in dry season like now, we are still humid.

If don't need humidifier, which purifier is recommended?

Mine, not wash, just blow it with compressed air. Once in two weeks, as recommended by Daikin.
