You cannot unroot it using the usb jig
I suggest you use zergrush exploit to root and use it back to unroot - is the easiest method

I installed the rom using the CWM app from Chainfire
All data intact , no wipe at all
Very happy with it - no major issues encountered
Slicker and smoother than stock rom
Noted that it now comes with his modded kernel and baseband KK5. KK5 seems working better versus the KK5 modem on my previous KK1 ( HK rom) and KKA ( aut)
If you need Chainfire CWM app - you need to reinstall it separately. Other than the absence of the CWM app, boot to recovery will give you Chainfire CWM

Try download Titanium Backup ( trial version) ; if can run means your phone is rooted successfully

No I did not flash KKI CF kernel as I see no need for it . I always prefer to use the 3 buttons and it will boot into Chainfire CWM recovery. I also can use an app QUICKBOOT and boot into recovery mode too

I don't see any difference in battery usage on the stock official and all the other roms ( HK rom XXKK1, KKA ( AUT) and present Sheep rom based on KKA) have tested. Anyway i am very happy with the battery life on the NOTE - it is so much better than my previous SGS II.
Battery usage I feel is a personal assessment ; no point to compare one usage to others as everyone uses his phone differently.
As long as it gets me through 10-12 hours without charge , I am very happy. Nowadays when I go out , I never bring along the external charger or spare batteries , which is a necessity with the SGS II

Your phone needs to be rooted to use Chainfire 3D

Try plug in phone on another USB port in PC
Or use another PC to try

Install free app Font Changer , download from market
Download the fonts from above link. After extract - copy it to /sdcard/.fontchanger
launch Font Changer and it will detect the new font ; tap and select it

Why don't you post this at the XDA thread and perhaps Chainfire can advise you
Or you can try to use the "not rooted.bat" - it will overwrite your root - process will take slightly longer up to 5 mins to complete

Added on November 20, 2011, 9:42 pmTry first copy MP3 into internal SDcard : mnt/sdcard/media/audio/ringtones ( create the ringtones folder if not there)
Guaranteed method will work: If your phone is rooted you can just copy your MP3 into /system/media/audio/ringtones. You can use Root Explorer to do this . Reset phone and your MP3 will be detected

Boot to download mode
Launch Odin in PC
Connect phone to PC
In Odin select your ROM.( extracted to tar format) as PDA
Select start

Why are you referring to my blog ? That is meant to flash the rom using CWM NOT Odin as the rom is packaged as a zip file
You need to download your firmware , say from sammobile.com and extract the firmware to tar format
Or you can download it from XDA - see the link given to you earlier by waveweaver
