but do note...
if you hand brush the gold parts.. you won't have a smooth finish because of brush stroke unless you're darn good at it... what i would recommend is, spray the gold part using airbrush or spray can then use enamel washing(Black) on the black parts. |

you will need is some gold paint, regardless if its enamel, lacquer or acrylic paint. and a brush as well.
dont worry if you paint over, you can easily use a marker to cover the black parts. check ngeekhiong's blog as well. he did a sinanju recently |

QUOTE(z3r0717 @ Dec 1 2011, 02:31 PM) but do note... actually, if you're doing something small like the emblem, brush stroke shouldnt be a problem.. its the wider surfaces which will be a pain..if you hand brush the gold parts.. you won't have a smooth finish because of brush stroke unless you're darn good at it... what i would recommend is, spray the gold part using airbrush or spray can then use enamel washing(Black) on the black parts. otherwise, use pilot ink marker for gold. the gold is really nice! and doesn't fade away that quickly.. |
