 advice needed, budget hotel

my friend is opening a budget hotel in PJ area. he needed advice to choose between

1) vinyl or laminated flooring

2) panasonic or midea air-con

any other brand or opinion is much appreciated.

need help in choosing water heater and cctv too. anyone have good service and reasonable price company to introduce?

I think flooring can go for a mix of large size tiles and laminated flooring, not necessary just plain laminated floowing

For A/C, just go for a more reliable brand like panasonic or even york, more value for long term maintenance.

Since it will be a budget hotel, normal tile will be good as I dont think people or your friend want to pay high maintainance cost on aminated floor...

I think york is kind of an awesome and reliable air-con.

i dont think u need laminated flooring on a budget hotel, minding the word "budget". tiles is probably a good idea and easy maintenance

for me i think use carpet flooring is enuff, most of hotel i visit were using, midea aircond not bad ... still not sure the market around and will the hotel good business or not.
further better material only consider when get good business.

the maintenance for midea low or high?? as he plan to have a theme the budget hotel, so now considering between vinyl or laminated flooring in term of maintenance and can be used for how long.

why not just walk into some hotel and check out???

Have you see 5 star hotel using Laminated flooring in walk way? How many of 3 star hotel using laminated flooring? than you could imaging lol.

and people may not take care of those flooring too
