advice needed, budget hotel

my friend is opening a budget hotel in PJ area. he needed advice to choose between
1) vinyl or laminated flooring 2) panasonic or midea air-con any other brand or opinion is much appreciated. need help in choosing water heater and cctv too. anyone have good service and reasonable price company to introduce? thanks for all the help.. |
