i still cannot understand why need to split the payment...

i can understand if u wanted to cancel ur card, right after the 10 drinks and deplete ur credit in the card and topup diff with cash/cc for the last time..

but if u have rm20 credit in ur new card, what's the point of deducting rm2 each time for 10 times? u need to pay the balance with cc/cash anyway...u get better better deal paying with cc that time (cc rebate or whatever)? it still apply if u reload ur card.

I didn't go to the extreme of complaining to HQ... I just ASSERTIVELY TELL the Supervisor to get it done the way I want. End of story.

and now i go around several outlets to test their training but still fail and i ask them to learn properly for my next visit as i'm tired of waiting for almost 45 mins sometimes

45mins is just toooooo long of a wait.
Another idea... get them to call to another outlet which "you have trained"

they did and when they mentioned that the spoke to the place that i told them i did before that it cant be done that's where im pissed and walk away and email CS smile.gif

That is not buy 1 drink, get 2 stamps.

If you refer this thread above, I've already achieve the star for jelly frap, which is 10 drinks in September.
