Wow didn't know they could do these via firmware update
Q menu and pop colour are what i wish for . My x10 is still on
its original firmware so time to upgrade.

After sensor change my X10 EXR mode seems to be performing badly so
now using P mode Large which seems better than before

Never knew our x10 can produce such nice street lamp star image
Old sensor or new sensor they are usually just messy blobs.
Must try to shoot some streetlamps with tripod to see if I can get them
to look like yours

P mode also can adjust both shutter speed and aperture but ISO and DR must not be in
auto
