ya..based on ur size and measurement,ur granite should be less than RM4100 with supply and install..
(9'+7') x 2 = 32sf
32 x RM40 = RM1280 (for raw material)
the cutting/L-edges/cut holes+install would be around 2k max..
its muz better do ask him to list all e unit price for each item..so you can calculate yaself..

Yes, here in Selangor, is around rm70-120/pfr without tiles, off course depending on labour skills (Chinese, indon etc). for 9x9 , just calculate (9’x7’) as the other 2’ is overlapped. Remember to add the supporting legs foot run too

(9'+7'+2'+2'+2')xRM60=RM1320. Correct? Dang! My contractor quote me RM2560!!

yup..for my case,i did my wet kitchen at RM70 per fr for e concrete top..(i supply all e 2x2 tiles/cement/bricks)
for dry kitchen, since i going for granite..the tiler only charge me RM50 pfr..
for urs..9+9=18' cos usually the contractor will not minus the 2' overlap corner..
18 x RM70 = RM1260 (labour only)
RM2560 - RM1260 =RM1300 (for the cement/bricks and 2x2 tiles):e rest will be his profit liao..
