A guy is now under the cover of WAPP TECHNOLOGY, offering you jobs based in New Zealand. He calls himself Kade Ormond now (Phone number: 0172828496). He will ask for money from you in the name of helping you find a job in NZ --> NZD810 for visa application, NZD1000 for 'living expenditure', later tell you that requirement changed, so ask for another NZD2500, and more. That is already more than RM8k. Major red flag!!

If you still want to try your luck, make sure you do your due diligence. For example, if he offers you a job in 'apple service centre in NZ'... check with Apple whether they have any service centre hiring foreigners in NZ at all. The simplest way is to ask Kade Ormond to show you his legitimate ID. A few people already lodged police reports against this person recently. Be warned!

need some help here, i am currently working as a supervisor in a F&B chain restaurant, very famous yellow color ones. Been working there from frontline till supervisor and has been a supervisor for about 4 years now. Recently (2 months ago) there is an opening in my company where i am qualified with my experience, education level and background. I am competing with about 11 other candidates for the position and i did not manage to get the position. The minimum qualification for the position is SPM and i do have SPM and ended up they hire someone who is not even holding a SPM because I know that he use a "fake" certificate when applying for the job with the company many years ago as this person use to go to the same school with me and he drop out or "buang sekolah" even before he can take his PMR due to collecting extortion money from other students.

It did not bother me when the management decide to promote him as the supervisor as we are just same level that time but now it does bother me because we are competing for the higher level and yet he manage to get the position. Since he is now my manager, i continue to work and support him but his attitude and behaviour change 360 degree and start to "bully" and like a gangster like when he was in a highschool.

He is a fraud and some of us know it but we cannot prove it. I sure knew it because i was extorted by him when i am in school and now with his new style of management, he start to mark his territory and begin to bring his people up as a supervisor. Since he is also a manager, he is now qualified to hire and fire a supervisors. I was given a warning letter recently by him because of a very minor mistake as he know that i dont like him.

If i go tell my management or HR that his SPM is fake, they wont even bother me without any proof. So the real question is, in Malaysia is there any company that help to do this background check and provide me a report? I am willing to pay money to expose him. If he do his job correctly and not play politics and marketing territories, i will no go till the extend but now things just out of control and i am about to loss my job after serving the yellow color company for 11 years working from frontline till supervisor.

Do it like a professional lawyer, bring this up to higher management, make them choose between investigate it internally and quietly or take it to public media attention. Your job is on thin ice anyway.

guys, what your thought on this, this company has been around for 5 years but they dont have any product at all, and they said they will have the products later and for the first batch its FOC, the company always move location from country to country, no proper facilities, and the bosses is from China who cant speak english, but the company claim they are from english speaking country, is this company legit? they just hiring massively recently because they just relocate again, i wonder if this company legit?or the china businessman just use the company to move money around, sort of like money laundering?they dont have any product at all, but can afford to pay in USD.are the bosses really rich just wasting money like that?or this is their way to move their money, the company relocate from country to country many time already, not having more branch,just one but relocate to different country, dont u think its weird?without any product at all and the office is very minimal

I went to interview at Solarbee Sdn Bhd.

It's located in front of Segi Kota Damansara. I went for Admin Executive position. My first reaction when I enter this company, it doesn't look like a company at all.

No office desk, and there's only 1 worker. The boss interviewed me. The worker told me that before this their office is located at Bukit Bintang and they moved around Damansara because easy to do meeting.

Not a scam company but i advice to you stop wasting your time if you got interview invitation from this company.

I'm gonna share this company called "PROFITPOINT" as they will offer a position as a trader/broker and so on.

Went for an interview,
not so called interview...
they asked me what do I know about trading and so on?
Told them I am from xx bank as internal auditor,
they said, they offered better salary/benefits and you will have free time/your own leisure time while working,
earn more than 4k per month.

requirement ;
must pay 1.8k for classes.
and another 2k for the software itself.
the interviewer insisted me to leave my current job and take theirs instead.
I firmly said no.

welp since you guys share your experience about being conned in this trainee stuff, i'd like to share my experience working in this company for the past 4 months.
i found this company at the harian metro located at wisma central sebelah KLCC, i whatsapp the number that given on the paper, and attend to the interview on the next day, i've been interviewed by one of the manager (which there's a few other manager on different division, in wisma there's advertising and cosmetic)
As usual the manager asking me the common interview question, like tell me about yourself, and bla bla bla, after a short session of question, he begin to explain to me about the advertisement, as he said, there's 2 type of advertisement, upline and downline (something like dat, i'm not really remember) upline is the type of advertisement that using tv, broadcasting and so on, and the downline is the face to face advertisement, meeting the client and such, in my head, i was like oh meeting with appointed client, it's kinda ok coz one of my keen interest was customer service, and then he said there's gonna be second interview , but before that you have to attend training, which we all oredi know that 5 hours sales pitch practice.

and then begin my journey as a salesman which is they strongly said that they're not salesman they doing temporary trainee waiting to get promoted.
apparently there's a few level in this company

1.Non-leader
2. Leader
3. Team leader
4. Assistant Manager
5. Manager

non- leader= you learn about sales pitch, how to gain confident, memorized the sales steps (there's 5 steps)

1.Introduction(ice breaker, smile, eye contact, make the people selesa dengan u)
2.short story( introduction tell your name and where do u come from, my supervisor said that he from hq klcc, buat program bla3, sempena anniversary outlet)
3. presentation( explain the product, at that time i'm selling fast food coupon, burger king and dominos pizza, how to use it, bla3)
4. closing(assume the deal,coz the coupon is cheap)
5. rehash(suggestive selling)

leader= you start to recruit people ask them to join under your team to growth the business

team leader= sames as leader but you have to achieved same goal (target basically but they claim its a taboo words in that office)

assistant= same as team leader, but you're more to office oriented. you start to learn about office operation and handling interview

manager= you handle the team like morning meeting, do some motivational speech, bla3, potentially open a new branch on your will

as non leader every morning you have to attend meeting, they gonna separate you leader and non leader, cosmetic and advertising.
every morning they gonna teach you on how to perform well on the field and so on.

for leader every morning you have to attend to hear the big boss membebel. about yesterday performance, why tak buat bagus la , why tak ada yang bell (bell means if you're sell 10 coupon per day)


for non leader meeting starts at 8.30, pitch training starts 9 untill 9.30, general meeting 9.30 untilll 10-10.30, on general meeting there's this enchantment such as " okay, alright, how you guys feeling today? i feel good i feel great, i feel juicy"

on weekday you have to go to office, shop lot and shopping mall area ( every thursday there's area planing for the next week area) on weekend you have to go to residential area.

i read the blog, the forum, most said this is fraud, yes i agree, in my opinion is a good experience in PR(public relation) and communication skills, since one of my keen interest is in PR as well, coz i love to meet new people therefore as for me, i more easy to approach people with this experience.

next time if you're found about event, management trainee , crew, roadshow, beautician in victoria jackson, all this to fall into this company, the big company name Optimo, the anak is dnmc, then the anak is rgv winner and so on.

i hope my information will help you guys to not kena tipu lagi, if nak tanya apa-apa about this company just ask, i'm trying my best to answer.

I went for the interview as well, the company name itself sounds confusing & fishy, it says "Inter TT Consultancy" at Wisma Genting directory board, but the office there shows "ProfitPoint", their official website as advised by the interviewer shows name as "Teletrade". Seems like they r doing forex trading as well, when i asked them to show me a copy of their license to trade forex in Malaysia, they said they r using international license & ask me to find the license at their website (they avoid sending me a copy no matter what)... since only company that has license issued by Bank Negara can trade forex in the country, i rejected them.
