Anyone here has same experience like I do?

I bought something from UK and got it shipped to Malaysia via Royal Mail.

However, the status is unknown now and my item is not reaching me untill today (7 days since it reached Malaysia)

So, who can I cross check in order to know the status of my item?

Pos Laju/ Kastam??

I have contacted the seller and they told me the item is delivered to Malaysia (based on the tracking number)

I would advise you to wait for a few more days.
Items do not get lost unless it is stolen.

With tracking number,
you can always call pos malaysia and ask.

Once I send a parcel from KL to Kuantan.
Takes a whole month to reach.

- Royal mail to Malaysia should not be a problem..
- Usually delivery would be around 2 weeks or maybe around 10 days minimum.
- Try use the tracking number to track at pos.com.my.
- Check when it is shipped out.
- Check address of delivery with your seller, whether if they write the address correctly.

p.s. I have been doing this for many years now and don't have any problem with UK royal mail.

With Royal Mail, is it EMS, or registered post? If it is EMS, it will be handled by Poslaju once it reached here, otherwise, by Pos Malaysia. Get the the tracking number from your seller because it is trackable at Poslaju/Pos Malaysia websites (once it is handled by them).

You can also track the parcel here: http://www.track-trace.com/post (it will auto check with supported countries' online tracking).

I was just about to post the track-trace link myself, great website for EMS / Post / Parcel tracking worldwide !

At least if the seller sent it via registered post he'll be able to claim in worst case.

What is the item out of curiosity? Maybe it could have been stopped by customs checking too!

I've checked your tracking at Pos Malaysia (POsDaftar) and here's the result
(Protip: When tracking international parcel at http://www.pos.com.my/pos/appl/service/sub_e_parcel.asp, try all categories: e-parcel, PosDaftar and Poslaju if you don't know your parcel type). :

That means that they failed to deliver the item to you on that date (nobody at home, etc?). It is unlikely that they will attempt second delivery, normally the parcel need to be collected then. You may call Posline 1 300 300 300 and ask whether you have to collect, where, etc.

if it dont arrive , file a chargeback claim on paypal, they will suspend the seller's account and take away all their monies .

You can also do this with a few friends to shutdown someone's business if you really dont like them.

There's no tracking updates for about 2 weeks!!!! Normally it will reach within 1 week...

Can you track it on Malaysia's side?

Sometimes tracking won't update on the foreign side once passed onto the other country's postal service (in this case Malaysia)

Already tracked malaysia side and called up post malaysia..
They said it has not reached our shores ><

Have you tryied using track-trace.com , then choosing Malaysia and trying the different tracking options?

If nothing showing, can't suggest anything and it seems maybe lost or need to wait a bit longer.

Unlikely that both are lost, so possibly there's a delay.

I guess nothing can do but to wait another week or so, hopefully both will update

Thanks for the comfort... But it's extremely worrisome.. because I had parcels sent out on 23rd and 26th respectively and both have arrived..
It's only this one that was sent out on 22nd (2parcels) are missing..

your item was sent by DPD, this is totally different to Royal Mail , DPD is an independent company (a bit like Citylink in MY for example)

According to google, DPEX / Toll Global is their agent in Singapore / Malaysia but their site doesn't seem to recognise any of the numbers

Ok, apparently DPD Mail isn't a trackable service.

yes , contact oredi .....for their reply is that they oso cannot track if that is an international parcel.....
but they do telling me if i not receive till 15/03 , ask me to let them know.....but i don know what they going to do....
for my previous purchase , i think it send to me by pos,ABX....if i not wrong ....

According to their posts it went by DPD Mail, not really a courier service as such - so it isn't track able it seems

Don't worry, as a supplier they'll either issue a refund or a replacement in case it does get lost

thanks god, both parcel receive yesterday and today, that is send by pos malaysia van ....no need sign on consignment one....different with last few time.
but it 's quite dagerous ,if the posman wrongly send and i think i will never receive that parcel...

parcel from UK usually take abt 2 weeks plus to arrive at ur doorstep.
regular ebay user here, based on my experience.

Yeah DPD Mail and the like are very different to couriers unfortunately - looks like in this case POS Malaysia does the final end of the delivery.

I have an office in the UK so if I want to buy stuff normally gather several orders together and then ship via DHL or TNT Express which only takes 2-3 days and is fully trackable

Received parcel already after 3 weeks (y)

Hi,this is my first time buying fom uk i want to track it but the seller said because they are using a company call parcelroute and is priority mail so it can't be track what can i do?when i check with the website Priority Mail – non tracked service. 2-3 day EU and 3-5 day rest of world but now is more than a week.so i was actually thinking to call and check but i don't know how without the tracking code if i can't provide pos laju/pos malaysia with the tracking code they can't help.

Check the tracking, would normally say if the item is currently held by customs

no notice card , the seller also no news on their pos office.

that thing got tracking number, but suddenly no tracking after went on airplane.

I also put university address, but no news till now.

You may contact the seller and ask for the UK tracking number.

Then you can search it in POS Malaysia portal again.

Got, everyday around 20 parcels reach there but don hv mine...

there is a case on of lost of RM20k worth of camera equipment once arrive in Malaysia, and that guy, try google gadjetdijepun. Pos Malaysia really have something fishy

how to track international parcels at Pos Malaysia online? I ordered smtg frm Korea and i received the tracking number. When i go to "Track and Trace" under pos.com.my, and filled in my tracking number under "Parcel" it sayd Record Not Found

Does anyone of you know what to do if the item of the parcel was stolen? I don't exactly know who stole it, but I just find out that some item is missing when i open up the box, and apparently the bottom of the box was opened before, I have tried to complaint to the courier company (kangaroo) but their feedback is once the addressee is signed which means consider the parcel is ok. awak report sampai ke hak pengguna. mereka akan hantar. ada satu lagi kawan order barang sama juga tapi x sampai sampai.
awak tahu, bila sampai, barang tu macam dah dibuka. kalau awak senyap, alamat, barang tu jadi milik orang yang hantar tu la.

dalam media orang dok kata foreigner scam la tapi sebenarnya orang malaysia ramai yang scammer dan pencuri.
menteri pun sama, tambah la rakyat.. nak cari jujur dan amanah tu payah sangat.

malah saya sendiri, pernah order kat lazada, tapi syarikat yang kirim tu yang hantar tak sampai sampai
humlah barang dekat 1000 bukan kecil, almari pula tu. takkan hilang tengah jalan. kes saya bulan 4 tahun lepas.
sampai la ni, takda reply. saya orang melayu, tapi tandatangan penerima orang india kot sebab SATHA.

Sometimes ppl use cheap mail and buy bulky stuff and send to address the post box so small one, how to fit in?

What posman will do is just put the stuff anywhere or throw into the house
