Does anyone of you know what to do if the item of the parcel was stolen? I don't exactly know who stole it, but I just find out that some item is missing when i open up the box, and apparently the bottom of the box was opened before, I have tried to complaint to the courier company (kangaroo) but their feedback is once the addressee is signed which means consider the parcel is ok. I loss about 2k in this incident, I really hope that if anyone of you have experience or know what to do please kindly help or provide guidance to me. Please PM me if you don't mind. Thanks a lot!
