Bankers are all talk cock. Can u imagine they have a whole team of risk analyst for their end financing but if the project screwed up they just washed hands and let you admit liability. In other words, they don't care and they just want your money because all things is favorable to them and then you die.

How can you use such words to condemn bankers?? No bankers economy die and many jobless.

Bankers ? So easy to call banker ? They are just a salesperson from a bank like a sale staff in any others retail shop , a sale talk just want to close sale . Any thing happen balakang Kira n maybe that time u don't know who to blame . Take your own risk bro .

Eh sorry wrong info, it's 12 units per floor I think. But I calculated if 12 units per floor, how do they arrive at 473unitsfor two blocks? Besides, I check on the OSC it says that the project is "cadangan pembangunan pamgsapuri yang mengandungi 5 tingkat podium letak kereta,1 block pamgsapuri yang mempunyai 21 Tingkat dan 1 block pamgsapuri yang mempunyai 22 tingkat (473 unit)....". So it's 4 or 5 levels of car park?

I know my risk profile well.
I own more than 20 properties and all positive yield.
I no need to work hard, only invest smart.
Bank is the most kiasi industry ever. No money no talk.
First time developer banks give hard time before they approve EF. I formerly worked in bank of senior post.
I have calculated my risks.

Somehow, both of that don't seem to gel well. And if I were to pull in all the other facts, such as the time you spent talking to the banker on the whole project, and that you once held a senior position in the banking industry, yet the 83 in your nickname most probably points to the fact that you are born in 1983.
