Yes we have a free guide for you to setup for UniFi, it is quite easy to follow.

According to our customers, the WiFi performance is better than the stock router, even though it doesn't has external antenna. The level of strength at your site cannot be estimated without site survey. smile.gif

There is no max limit but this model is designed for small office and home.

I don't think you can find a wireless router that can cover 3 storey well, it's better to use multiple unit to cover, you can do so with multiple units of MikroTik.

For a single model with best wireless performance indoor, you can use RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN, you can find it at https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2649105.
