RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN is significantly better than both RB951 in your case and it is definitely great replacement for your original router to improve the wireless coverage. However, to know whether it can cover your desired spot, a site survey is required.

There are 2 great MikroTik models for home here you can consider, either RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN or RB951G.

RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN is a better model here with 2 external antennas, touchscreen and RouterOS L5 license.

Both models have gigabit ports.

Do you mean IP address? There is no limit on the IP address range you can configure and of course it support all the available IP addresses.

It supports any subnet mask allowed in IP protocol.

The wireless coverage is greatly depending on the environment, obstacles like wall and nearby interferences impact it a lot. What certain is this device transmit power is very high (1000mW) and most of our customers reported significant improvement over the stock router.
