Hi Julie, Check with the Developer whether you could get back your deposit if you are able to find a replacement purchaser to take over your unit. Some developers may accommodate such arrangement. All the best.

They selling Block B d. Block A konon konon fully sold out today. I think all outstation ppl especially from KL & Penang will have high risk of this fly trap. I planed want to book 1 unit in Block B just now. Looks like this developer black listed. Guss God was really good to me. My credit card couldnt slash just now due to machine error. Now proceeding to Aeon to get back photocopy IC.

They were doing road show at Tropicana City Mall. From the brochure saw that there are 3 end financier banks

Just got back from Kampar new town. Kampar Westcity; shoplots and the upper floor residential units are completed. Not sure whether they have handled over to their proud owners.

There is a lot new developments in Kampar new township. Not sure of the student growth rate, competition on the supply side will be stiff.

I paid a deposit RM 2,000 in Jun 2011 for a single room - RM 70K+ and got my full refund on cancellation. As I unable to convince myself how to sell the "room" latter on strata title or what? With the refund, I bought another house from a different developer. Got my house 8 months ago, still empty.
