but the Easy payment scheme a bit unfair coz you just fully paid your phone and 2 years subscription to DiGi. sweat.gif

really have no choice but to root the Note - rooting in process.....

i will just root only - no touching on kernel or anything else - need to root for Titanium backup so my apps+data can swiftly be transferred over from DHD.

really salute!! luckily the SEP got stock, or you call up before coming in?

btw, just root my Note and install Titanium Backup. Most of my major apps already restored from DHD. thumbup.gif Some of the games not yet restored though.

the 6% is on the monthly data charges - 6% on the RM68 or RM88 plus any other call charges. Not 6% on the smartphone. You can work it backward and get all the details.

dun think you can sell it at all at the moment as there are 9,999 pieces given as free. many of us may not want to use it. The retail price is a whopping RM180 i think.

what plan you subscribed? I get RM68, 3GB is more than enough for me. Normally won't be more than 2GB/month usage. Using Wi-Fi at office and home.

if i were you, i will go replacement now than later. why subject your precious Note to possible damage? there is many units at SEP/telcos roadshow, they will change for you to maintain the goodwill as many ppl are there when you negotiate with them - they will try to play nice. biggrin.gif

i think the 5kbps is only for new subscribers. We oldtimer still get min 128kbps when throttled. Never tested it though coz i never exceed the quota yet.

For papago x5 you need to run spareparts first unselect compatible mode and manually change the biggest folder under navisea/organic and all its subfolders to Note resolution. The overall graphic presentation is poor and menu hanging in middle

1. Download spareparts from market. Launch it - scroll down and untick "Compatibilty Mode". Soft reset phone

2. Select the largest folder, Amend/rename  in mnt/ sdcard : Navisea/Organic to 800X1280.  For the subfolders CHT, EN, IND, MY - amend/rename the same folder to 800X1280
