Guys, can someone try to make an overseas call to c if can call tru? My 2 units can't, is there any particular setting which will overide it from adding local codes? Like in bb, i need to off it from adding +60 else I hv problem making overseas calls

No need any special settings. I can call UK number, China , HK numbers, and my contacts list all phone numbers are listed as +country code-number. No problem with my blackberry too as uses same contacts database -

But based on my personal experience plus many others too, the Samsung Service center never bother ; I have send in units rooted/flashed with cook rom and in all occasions ( at KL Plaza Berjaya and Spore Plaza Spura ) is done FOC. Infact only a few days ago, a SGS II user got his motherboard replace FOC after he screwed up rooting/flashing - he got a FOC job replaced at JB service center
But be mentally prepared the service center will void warranty

Hey anybody notice that the screen changes between yellowish and pinkish on white backgrounds while surfing or typing msg? Happens on mine especially in indoor lighting or in dark room!

then don't. this is my 2nd Samsung tab/note. I installed necessary stuff only and ignore the ads popup etc. etc. so all the hanky-panky stuff do in my g.tab only.

Can I like root it and change setting then unroot it?

Agree with benny...I had sent my rooted sgs to samsung beside federal highway..no question ask..they will re-install the os for you... in-case dia tanya...kata got stuck when isntall via KIES

after activating Voice Talk..when phone call or email coming..the phone will talk and notify you.. very nice features..must be very useful while driving

your battery so good bro. mine only lasts max 9-10 hours kinda heavy user.
nvm ill give few more full charge cycles & see how the battery will perform.

Morning people! the note is awesome pawsome! but yeah, the flip pouch is kinda get in the way, but thats the only protector for now lol!

I m using the original back case only and naked. The screen is so smooth without any protector.. yeah, somehow the flip cover is very annoying when it comes to typing...
