Gaming is GPU comes first.
For gaming in notebook, 1GB GPU is enough. i7 + 1GB or i5 + 2GB would reach similar FPS unless the games is optimized for Quad Core. Note that when I mentioned the Y570 has weaker GPU, its not due to the VRAM amount, but its really a different GPU. nVidia GT555M for now there are 4 version with different performance. N55SF is the third position while the Y570 is the fourth. |

By just multi display, you don't need that much of VRAM.
But when you start playing games on high resolution (like 2560x1600) and with ultra high texture, then you will need more than that. But the problem is, can your notebook play the games at that settings? |

A53Sv comes with GT540M.
HD6730 one is A43Sa.. If he want ATi, better consider HP DV6 with HD6770M.. |

750GB = 750 000 000 000 Bytes/1024^3 = 698.49GiB
Most likely the recovery partition eats around 20GiB.. |
