Probably it will arrive on the same week. Shops get the list of comics earlier so you can place your orders.

The TPB is scheduled to arrive in April i believe, or late this month for Civil War. Lol but i already know the ending

I live in penang and there's only Neomart which has comic subscriptions. I subscribes 3 SPider-Man titles. The first issue i should get is Sensational Spider-Man #35, which is on sale in US in 14/2/07, and now I still haven't get it yet!!!

Just finished the first volume of Y: The Last Man. It was great, wonder why I didnt pick it up sooner. Heard that its being adapted by New Line and that Vaughan himself is wrtting the screenplay.

BTW, anyone know where I can get HC editions of Runaways and Young Avengers? Tried both Borders and Kino but they're out.

Can i sell my comics here (hint: sandman collection)?? Lol

Ahhhh....

I remember the old shops that used to deal from inside residential houses. Anyone from Penang remember Bryan? Used to have sell comics from his house in Island Glades, then had a shop in Axis (Pulau Tikus) and finally a shop in Bukit Jambul. Closed business in the big comics crash of 97' (asian financial crisis).

I still collect the Marvel and DC stuff and some manga. To be contrarian, anyone here a Judge Dredd fan of 2000AD? I remember buying issue #7 for RM $1.00 from the Toko buku Teks opposite the old Eng Wan in Bishop Street. I had a near complete collection until about issue 600+, then they got all fancy, added color pages etc. Then they went chap-lap. I just saw a new copy (#1500?) at the local Borders in Queensbay Mall, Penang. = I think it was one issue (same page count as the 1970's comic) with fancier paper selling for (IIRC) $18+. I think the quality for issue #7 was better.

How many people here remember "Look & Learn" and the Trigan Empire?
How many remember when they were new and not reprints?

Haha. Good old days! still remember that Bryan, remember going to AXIS Complex and the shop is still closed. His move to KBJ is a big miss considering most of his buyers is from Pulau Tikus.

It is sad that his shop is closed. The only one in Pulau Tikus is a shop in Gurney Plaza, selling mostly TPBs.
