Why does shih tzu love to show it's teeth? . The teeth is scary.

undershot teeth .. meaning the lower jaw is longer than the upper jaw ?

I used to clean his ears two days once but now his ears are very clean already - hardly got wax build-up, I clean it once per week after I bath him. I drop a couple of drops of the ear solution into his ears and massage the base. Then wait him to shake his head. Then I use cotton wool to clean da outer part and use cotton bud to clean the inside but not deep cleaning coz I sked I hurt his inside.

As with hair plucking, I check on his ears twice a day and if i see inside got grow new hair already, I terus pluck. Else his head would be stinky coz the smell comes from the ears. So, can say Hepy is odorless everyday . No whatever "doggie" smell you guys call it.

you should play with your puppy at night and make him tired before zzz. I always play with my Schnauzer at nite and when he's super tired, he'll jz sleep and won't kacau ppl. But the good thing is he will not disturb me when he noes i zzz already . He'll jz sleep next to me although he's not sleepy.

But do try and paly with your puppy until he is tired. THen it's time for bed and he will not kacau u.

I thot u need to re-tie everytime you groom her? Else it'll tangle? Correct me if i'm wrong.

if u put the newspaper in playpen ..

cover the newspapers with floormat .. then use one end corner of your playpen to give weight to the floormat ... so, fifi won't be able to pull the newspaper out anymore unless his power is monstrous

HAHAHAHHAHAAA .... fifi really has monstrous power eh .. LOL. I'm trying out the pee/poo training you mentioned. This morning i fed him at 730 am until now still haven pee/poo yet. I left him at the newspaper (got his urine stain already) for 30 min .. then i played with him for a while and i teach him to "stay""sit""come""down". Then now i stuffed him to the newspaper again for another 30 min .. see if he pee/poo or not. If he doens't, then i'll play with him again and repeat until he pee/poo.

Mochi,

After meal, take him to newspaper straight away for a while see if he pee/poo. If he doesn't, then play with him and then ask him to drink some water. Then go to newspaper again and wait. If he doesn't again, then paly again. Then newspaper again until he pee/poo lor.

He jz woke up from his evening nap. I'm putting him at newspaper now and he's standing there now. He hasn't pee yet. 15 minutes liao. So, dunno if he'll pee or not.

Yea .. today class cancelled, so i'm home whole day today and tomorrow no class too. Jz sit down and watch his behaviour lor. Play with him .. zzz with him , etc .. He took at least 2 hours to complete his pee/poo thingy ler but at least he pee/poo on the newspapers lar. I didn't carry him there. I go near the newspaper and asked him to come. When he came to me, then I carry him and put him on the tray with newspapers and floormat lor. Then i say "hepy, stay" and he jz stood there himself while I returned to my desk (jz nxt to the tray). So, i can see what he is doing at the tray.

he wanted to come out .. then i carried him back again .. then i say very calmly to him "hepy .. stayyyyyyyyyyy". Then he stood there until he did his business .. LOL.

training should be okay - need lotsa time. He takes longer time to pee/poo than other dogs coz he doesn't pee/poo right away after meals/naps/playtime. Need to bring him back and forth .. back and forth lor.

Yalor. Datz y need to keep an eye on him all the time and that applied only when i'm HOME whole day long. When I'm not home .. then harder to teach coz he'll surely pee in the cage while i'm not in (he kenot tahan his bladder).

Now he noes how to "sit" "stay" "come" "no" and i'm teaching him "in" now. Trying to use his meal time to lure him into the cage. Ask him to go "in" to the cage, then give him food .. LOL. Hopefully this method will work. I wanna teach him to walk into the cage voluntarily when I say "in" not by putting him into the cage by force. Don't want him to be sked of the cage.

Wah .. I jz replied u here for few secs only ... he terus peed on the floor behind me ( i din know ). I thought wanna ask him come and lead him to newspaper pee/poo liao coz he jz took his dinner about 10 min ago. Didn't noe he's faster than me ar ..

LMAO!!!!! I guess Hepy is the same like digitral's lui lui. When I say "no", he'll stop and sit or stare at me.
