where we will buy aircraft decal if it lost?
*
There are two ways.. First buy thru online, and second by thru our local hobby shop (LHS)..

If online lah, please consider the shipping cost that will incur during the transaction.. If from Asia, it should be cheaper compared from other place.. Anyway here is the option available.. 2 common online website from Asia
Luckymodel based in HK and HLJ based in Japan.. Other website such as Squadron.com and Hannants also have.. Both is USA based and UK based.. You can also try ebay USA..
As far as I know, our LHS did not cater much for the decal, but there are 2 main LHS in KL area.. First one is HobbyHQ in 3rd Floor, City Square, Jalan Tun Razak. 2nd one is Miniature Hobby Section 14, PJ (above Sushi King near Digital Mall)..
Hope this help.. Happy hunting smile.gif

Note that I'm not liase with any of the above-mentioned websites and place.. But I always buy kits from our LHS rolleyes.gif tongue.gif ..

As for C-130, both of our local hobbyshop have the kits.. Check it out if it still available..

Hi i am new to the aircraft model scene. Just wanna ask which brand is the best? They have Revell, Academy, Hasegawa. By the way, which shop brings in Hasegawa?
*
Hi Hewitt.. As I not an expert in judging the brand quality, this is just my mere opinion lah.. Each brand has their own strengths and weaknesses in a sense of accuracy, fit, decal, accesories etc.. And no 1 particular brand is the best in the market.. The only thing you can do is that do reasearch online and see what is other modeler experience when building the kit..

Usually modeller opinion is Tamiya and Hasegawa have the best quality of all (known to them as Tami-gawa tongue.gif ).. But both brand also is more expensive as well.. As for Academy brand, it is known as economy kits.. But dont be surprise with the quality the kit offered.. I suggest you buy this kit or any other cheap brand because if you screwd up the kit, it will not piss u off.. For the Revell kits, their price is moderate but some of it is at par or even better than tamigawa.. same goes to Italeri kits.. Please not that both brand sometimes offered raised or recessed panel line on their kits collection.. That is up to you for your preference.. Modeler may shunned particular kit because of raised panel line n thus they deem the kit as inferior to others.. As for Trumpeter, the kits their offered is usually in big scale, but they do have some smaller scale as well.. And they are getting better at it.. There are other common brand for you to look out such as Kitech (another super cheap brand but beware of the accuracy, fit, etc.), DML/Dragon, HobbyBoss, Zvevda, ICM, Hobbycraft, Matchbox, Airfix, Heller, etc.. Some of the company is already out of production but their kits is still around.. Enjoy your hunting biggrin.gif..

As for the LHS that cater for hasegawa if I not mistaken, HobbyHQ do have it.. Checkout the owner shop at 3rd Floor, City Square, Jalan Tun Razak.. Check out MiniatureHobby as well for other kits brand.. And please excuse for my long-winded explaination blush.gif tongue.gif ..

If you talk about die-cast sorry lah cant help you.. I'm assuming you are talking about plastic kit tongue.gif .. 2 major shop in KL/selangor.. 1st is in HHQ at CitySquare 3rd floor near escalator.. 2nd is in MinatureHobby at Section 14 near Digital Mall and above Sushi King..
The scale are range from 1/350, 1/144 1/100, 1/72. 1/48 & 1/32 if im not mistaken lah.. But let us just omit the first 3 scales that is too small for our delicate eyes tongue.gif .. The bigger the scale of course more expensive + depends on the brand also.. Anyway the cheapest is 1/72 Kitech kit for about Rm25 if I recall correctly.. Not sure how crappy is the quality as some of their kits quite nice to built.. For 1/72 scale the range is about RM25-RM100.. 1/48 is about RM90- RM180 i think.. 1/32 of course is most expensive. Price reach above rm250 (my est.).. Happy hunting..

You can check at our LHS at Miniature hobby at seksyen 14 near digital mall, above Sushi King or Hobby HQ at City Square level 2 if I recall correctly..

By the way I found A380 die-cast at toy shop at my place for rm26.. Of course lah it is chicken brand but I was wondering whether is it worth it to buy or not.. Quality wise look ok for me and the size is about 13cm.. If i bought it, will post the pict here..
