why ar dont buy there?any problem facing when buy there? just curious..

fuhh.. a lot of complaint for sms and call issue .. i havent yet tried .. will insert my other sim for calling / sms to test .. and im using maxis ..

Im using SGW, no problem in calling or sms issue at all.
well, in GSM mode and using MAxis.

Thanks for the feedback! Since I use Maxis and GSM almost 90% of the time, this gives me more confidence about this phone.

For now day 2-3 no sms problems yet and call quality, at least from my end, sounds clear.

What's your Carrier?
Are you using Edge/3G?

tq..so its all about the claim issue la..not the quality of the phone..btw it is the original set when we buy at senheng rite?so we can send it to samsung service centre to claim becoz its original..for the 1st year la

They don't recommend, even though they offer you 3 years warranty, actually not full 3 years covered by Samsung but 2 years by senheng. If buy from certain samsung outlet, you can get 2 years full from samsung. Samsung sure know how to fix the phone, not senheng technician. Someone said they will replace your phone if senheng can't fix it with a phone of current 2nd hand value of your broken phone. That's why they suggest you get from original samsung outlets. Only certain shop gives 2 years, bear in mind!

Sorry forgot to include, carrier DIGI postpaid, 3g always off on my end to avoid data charges, so I guess I'm 2g.

By the way, how can I include a chinese keyboard on the default keyboard?

try go to keyboard settings and input languages. you can download google pinyin too

sometime i wonder the rmvb a bit lag is bcos of the original sd card come with.... may be is they give me a palia sd card. 1.4ghz should be no problem for 480p rmvb.

Edit: False Alarm! I tested again and realized it was because I was swiping between the first and last homescreens >.<

Just now I was playing with a demo unit and noticed the homescreen swiping isn't as smooth as the Applications menu. Think I will be installing LauncherPro if I get this phone.
