RRP is 999, you should be able to get it anywhere between 790 -> 999. Check garage sales section to find out the best bargain.

Thanks for the info. 790 sounds really good, but I am staying too far from Tropicana City Mall...

Regarding the call quality, in my opinion the speaker is ok. However, when I test called a friend, he said that when compared to my previous phone (SE K770i), my voice sounds more distant and soft, but mentioned it is still fine for a normal telephone conversation.

And may I ask any Android users here the method to turn off 3g? I am really inexperienced in Android ^^

The longer you wait, the better the technology gets~ Even quad-core phones are coming out soon.

From a chat with my seller, it seems that the small retailer stalls are not able to provide 2 years warranty due to some extra procedures that the retailers must clear with SME.

i think its more to do with the sales volume before a shop can be considered as SEP (i believe it stands for Samsung Elite Partners). small stalls, naturally, won't be able to make the volumes.

but stall size is not really a good indication. the Samsung stall in 1U is actually a SEP.

could be a bigger company that decided to have smaller stalls in a few places... making up the number/ volume. probably also selling only samsung products.

Thanks for the input biggrin.gif

I would say 3 SMS out of 10 will meet this problem but not conclusive as I don't send that many SMSes. However, attempt to resend the SMS immediately after will usually succeed.

Yes, DIGI user here. I also noticed during heavy downloading, the phone gets quite warm. Most likely normal.

Hi, just to share, for viewing battery percentage, an app from xda-developers called circular battery can be used. It creates an extra icon on the statusbar for viewing your battery percentage. it looks quite nice to boot!

What's your Carrier?
Are you using GSM/3G?
*
Sorry forgot to include, carrier DIGI postpaid, 3g always off on my end to avoid data charges, so I guess I'm 2g.

By the way, how can I include a chinese keyboard on the default keyboard?
