well is like this for 3 & half years in my this area,. i think maxis is somehow stingy and let it default at 3G signal, in other area,. when u connect u direct connect to HSPA tower, and it wont switch to 3G all time,. sweat.gif

just hope my new places wont have this problems anymore as i am moving out from georgetown quite soon,.. rclxms.gif

When I said down means totally receive no data packet. Despite that Speedtest result, my DDL was more than 600kBps. It did touch 900kBps by the way. tongue.gif

Just call them at 123 and make a complaint la. How difficult can it be? sweat.gif doh.gif
I'm kinda busy actually... Even I don't have time to follow up on my own case. sad.gif

Provide them with these info, then you are good to go:
RSSI,RSCP,Ec/Io/CELL ID/LAC CODE.

You may find these in Tools>Diagnostics>Wan Status.

I used a Maxis line last time to call. Nowadays just tweet on Twitter.

Just add @MaxisListens and post your complaint, for e.g. my Maxis 3G is super slow. I'm in <add your own location>. Then, you can follow them. Once the reply you, then you will know.
