Speed is on best effort basis ma.

Just tell them the exact speed you are getting.
And just keep asking why so slow? why so slow.

Serious note, just tell them that it's slow. 1mbps is like basic adsl. But you just say you're expecting better. Like 4-6mbps.

I post on Twitter, kaotim. Immediately they will contact me and get it fixed. I'll ask them to repeat again if they ever tell me 1Mbps is good. I'm going to give them a difficult time.
