QUOTE(oec88 @ Nov 6 2011, 12:13 PM) Looks like my dual GTX 580 under perform compare to your dual GTX 570? Lower resolution and I turned off MSAA which is an FPS killer in this game. So in a way it balances out. Also this game uses quite a lot of memory, so you might see an improvement with another 4GB in your rig This post has been edited by DrBlueBox: Nov 6 2011, 12:17 PM

QUOTE(oec88 @ Nov 6 2011, 01:55 PM) But now I am very satisfied with my current setting, having average 100fps in 120Hz monitor, very smooth gameplay. If I set the resolution that is lower than 1920 x 1080, then I will lose the Full HD. Yeah. I mean i am running on a lower reso since that is my native reso so my vram usage is lower

QUOTE(mekboyz @ Nov 8 2011, 08:09 PM) guys, you think msi hd6870hawk is good enough to support bf3 in high settings? i wanted to buy hd6950 tf3, but its out of stock. hd6970 is too expensive liao With MSAA off should be enough imo

QUOTE(JoBigShow @ Nov 9 2011, 11:06 PM) If you use 60hz LCDs/LEDs like most of us for sure can play ULTRA full 60fps (V-Sync ON) Anything above 60FPS on a 120Hz LCD will be smooth and give you an extra advantage, especially in MP

QUOTE(Hou_JaI @ Nov 22 2011, 10:36 AM) my rig below: all ultra except AA and anti at 2x. btw me 19" , average FPS is 50 - 70 on all maps sometime 45 - 50 when zoom IRNV ... how come ar?!!??! when zoom then fps dropped When you zoom the AA level for the zoomed scenery/stuffs increases, thus the FPS drop

Try turning it off and report back the fps. hard to believe a 5850 can do a constant 60fps using ultra at full hd
