QUOTE(kanabalize @ Dec 29 2011, 11:16 AM) Anyone tried the Ducky Shine? Nobody can confirm bout it as the product not even 1 years old.Thinking of buying the White LED version... Can it last for 3-4 years...?? However for normal mech kb, it should be able to last more than 3 years. For Ducky shine, if the PCB can last, the next 2 things you should be worried are worn of keycaps and die of LED. Added on December 29, 2011, 12:38 pm QUOTE(kEazYc @ Dec 29 2011, 03:40 AM) Finally done installing keycaps on my Filco AI 1, and here's the before and after pictures. Hmm, the overall color does seems over saturated and darkish. Brighter orange may do better. Before [attachmentid=2610425] After [attachmentid=2610426] And the outcome of installing orange blank key caps on my filco...should have ordered yellow instead but who cares...140% satisfied!! Next would be targeting PBT yellow blanks! However, as you claimed, 140% satisfaction, who care? haha. This post has been edited by Human10: Dec 29 2011, 12:40 PM |

QUOTE(rurushu @ Dec 29 2011, 02:20 PM) whoa.... new poison found... the keycool version is quite tempting, but luckily it's not 104 keys... if not.... im...... The price for 104keys are roughly the same too(below RM220), thus also very poisoning.Just that the fugly design is more than enough to kill the poison off... LOL BTW, not just another BL keyboard found... http://www.pcwaishe.cn/thread-278997-1-1.html Successor of Noppoo Cho Mini84, thus is this the 1st BL keyboard with USB NKRO? p/s: Moar and moar BL keyboard popping out, yet the keycaps quality haven being improved... Added on December 29, 2011, 2:17 pmAnother homemade key puller which seems easiest to be made ever, LOL... In action: Added on December 29, 2011, 2:26 pmA quite simple(no drilling needed) LED mod for Noppoo Choc Mini. http://www.pcwaishe.cn/thread-206035-1-1.html LED Mod for Poker, as easy as usual, just that this mod is not the adjustable on/off or brightness type. http://www.pcwaishe.cn/thread-207346-1-1.html Added on December 29, 2011, 2:41 pmLOL I just got quoted a price of 315 RMB for white color red switches keycool 87... Really dirt cheap at China... Make me wonder how much the actual modal cost, LOL... This post has been edited by Human10: Dec 29 2011, 02:49 PM |

It work perfectly well even on the weakly coated Razer bwu keycaps. B4 this I don't have any suitable tools and seems no way to pull those keycaps safety off.the steel wire is coated soft plastic so it will not damage the keys at all. even pulling large modifiers also no problems when I free I will post my findings on why is BWU sucky, lol...
