Ah, so the BW is the blue switch. It was my first time trying on a mechanical keyboard, and kinda like the BW. But as usual, Razor stuffs is err... overpriced... and this is one of their first mechanical keyboard which is why I'm asking for suggestions for the other expert brands in mechanical keyboard.

I use my keyboard for typing most of the time... rarely game much nowadays, blue switch should suit me? or should I be going with brown instead?

Lovely case design. I prefer this right angle type rather than the rounded edges.
The miniature blue legends on the side is lovely compared to the in your face kinda legend for the the Noppoo keyboards

how much is ducky 9008S selling in Czone?

i checked garage sales most are selling @ 429 for cherry MX blue,brown and black.red is 449

i don't particularly looking forward for backlit stuff, and about transparent keycap being rare. I mean for now.

Since those thing are slowly growing in this market and getting more and more common, why pay premium just because the stuff is rare for now, and slowly getting common and cheap in future.(example : keyboard with backlit)

Well, it's just my point of view thou. Because sooner or later, modding will be getting common and easier with guides and stuff. and KBC keep pumping out all kinds of keycap and going on for further mass production.

For me, i'll sit and cross my finger, and wait for the ultimate keycap that is suitable for backlit.(i don't want the current transparent keycap with coating seriously >_>, They don't last long in my usage. )

looking forward for doubleshot which uses trans material for the lettering.

erm, FILCO Majestouch-2 more worth compare to ducky shinning?

still, i rather go for KBC PBT caps which cost lesser than this. not wanting fake switches in my collection
     

Is there any mech KB with red switches and back lit. Preferably a full board and not someting like CM Storm Rapid Fire. Super undecisive between red and brown switches. If not I'll just settle for a brown switch Ducky Shining.

Normal to be found on those YLJ I mean 2nd hand TG3 BL keyboard. Those keyboard are built to last and used in police car IIRC.

BTW, those membrane will make the Cherry Black too stiff to be used. IIRC, someone proved that the actuating force of Cherry Black with such membrane is over 100g... I rather use those silicon keyboard protector normally used on laptop keyboard, can dampen the sound and help prevent bottom up easily too.

as for Gmarket, just plain box with few air filled plastic bag as "protection" :S
bought 10 piece of DT35 for a local cc because they still have no confidence in mech kb

Just found out that SS7G, Leopold, Zowie, Noppoo Choc Pro PBT, Keycool and KBC PBT spacebar are all the "nonstandard" one.

Now they no longer the loner with nonstandard spacebar, instead FILCO and Ducky become the loner(cause they are the minority(by number of brands)), LOL....

Yup, happens locally in Singapore I have help 2 forumers to repair the keyboard. I blame "quack" engineering...
KBC spacebar does not fit Keycool and Leopold.

not sure, but usually what i can see on the packaging are 顺丰，圆通 these two.
as for the spacebar, noppoo spacebar doesnt fits on 7G or PLU or Leopold or PLUM

New white PBT noppoo spacebar should have all the key stems in the world.

Shipping within China
As to shipping within China, since most agents are Guangzhou based, in normal situations, most courier services are alright. More common are 圆通 and 申通。I previously was sent a package from a less known courier company, posted in the morning, arrived in the afternoon.

For non Guangzhou Shipments, most courier services will take 2-3 days, Sunday included. Seems they don't have rest days. For 顺丰，most of the time you can get it in 1-2days, but they cost quite a lot more than normal services.

China to Malaysia
As to shipping from China to Malaysia via air, there are a few courier services, but I share the experience I have.
For cuckoo express/DPEX, they used to take a while, about 2 working days from Guangzhou to reach kastam, but recently it has shorten to 1 working day.

In terms of shipping inside Klang Valley is concerned, both are good. But for non klang valley, ABX really did a good job recently. The item reached me the day after it was released from kastam. For Skynet, usually an extra working day is needed.

Not sure if anyone here care but according to Cherry themselves, Cherry 3494(MX RED board) seems to be "trolled" by Cherry.

They put black spring in modifier keys and clear spring in spacebar, yet maintaining the RED stem. Really like a troll(a good way?) and they never mention above it(in marketing).

It cost 10RMB each, bundle the whole 37keys for 270RMB(mean 7.3RMB each)

Well, i think you need to compare between Filco and Ducky 9008G2 rather than 9008S. 9008S has back lid which the "features" overtake standard Filco keyboards.

now, 9008G2 PBT edition around RM420 only
