Game can be chopping laggy for me.Others i think they are playing at good ping except for me.

Also leavers have their own matchmaking pool now, so I guess they'll have to play with other leavers for a period of time until they repent.

There is a bug somehow naw those who is leaver or not having problem matchmaking hopefully they fix it soon.

US East -350-380ms
Europe - 250-280ms
Shanghai - 100ms
Malaysia - 16-20ms

These are some servers I tried and even at 300+ or 250+ ping, it is still playable with slight delay, yeah just a little bit and that's all. Just pray your packet loss wont go up and stays around 1 or 0 then you will have a good experience playing with those people in the west.

350ms is still cool for dota games, back when I was still playing.

Its either my shiity pc or whatever shit when i play matchmaking its not the same smooth as playing with AI.Its just f***ed up lag crap.

To be honest these ping kinda high liao, US east shud be around 200 or 180ms at best one from Malaysia.

Nobody will play with me because i am liability with my epic ping...

200+ or 300+ pings for games like this is kinda ok.
Last time i play NA LoL i also got that ping, kinda lag at lobby but smooth in game.
