i also bought tempered glass dining table from lorenzo. after two months of using, the tempered glass like not proper fit.. after that i called the sales girl that i bought from, the next day they came back n bring the table back for 2 days to fix it.. and, its free of charge.. do u manage to find their managers to explain the situation?
