This is an experience by a friend of mine. They bought a coffee table and a TV cabinet from Lorenzo costing about RM1k each. After few months, they noticed that the rounded edge of the coffee table is having hairline crack. This was not present during delivery. This is at one one end of the table while on the other end, it is starting to show signs of the crack forming. They showed me the defect when I was at their house recently. It seems that the crack started from beneath the surface. Thus no way this is due to damage by the owner, etc. It is very obvious it is from defective material. Could be due to the climate, don't know.... But obviously, not due to wear & tear.
The owners have made numerous calls to Lorenzo but was told that since this was only brought up 4 months after delivery, they will have to charge for the repair. I really wonder, how could anyone foreseen this defect to happen?
You pay premium price for a product and this is what you get in return.

sometimes this kind of "defect" can't avoid from China product. And YES, Lorenzo product 70% came from China. And these kind of product has no warranty because those are not movable part nor CONSUMABLE part... but those crack can cause by many factor so is hard for dealer to give warranty.This is an experience by a friend of mine.
