Hi guys,
last month, I took creatine monohydrate for a month, after that I had back injuries so I stop gymming that often but still go for light workouts.
During that period, I stopped my creatine intake and also my gainer intake. Now I plan to take it back, so which phase should I go ? As I know creatine has loading phase and maintenance phase and all that. Should I Re-load the loading phase again? Or continue taking my 10g on workout days and 5g on non-workout days?

Help please, a little confuse here. Thanks

I personally don't load, just go for 5-10g per day. You can probably shift straight to maintenance phase.

Read somewhere that loading phase is actually a hoax for people to consume more creatine, so it doesn't make a lot of difference, but I have no doubt that it helps when you are on maintenance phase, just that it doesn't help as much as the manufacturers claim it does

Kinda correct. At the end of the day, all you need to do is to saturate your system with enough creatine to a level where it can be utilized effectively. Whether you do a loading phase or not, the desired saturation levels will be achieved sooner or later.

creatine is good to certain extent...

keep adding the serving perday might give u the buff looks and no doubt, stronger lifts...

but the actual fact was you are retaining more water than usual..

my highest grams perday on creatine was 50 grams... and shiat i felt like a fat boi the whole month...

I think 10x10 squats can be classified as crazy stuff. IMO, mike and I can testify to that. shakehead.gif
