QUOTE(clio8v @ Nov 14 2011, 04:53 PM)
report of our jump race

and some PICS

i took the 8th time in expert class and 5th in top, but after a fly out in the final session i finished 6th...
user posted image
for me the hardest part was the rebound after slope in (someone said no hangin dampers?), but many people failed the triple jump after start: if the mini doesn't jump straight, will hit the other jump on the side! for the first time i saw a mini do a 360° in the air and land in the track!

question: you super super speed race will be with LC bridge or rainbow?
*
bro, have you tried investing in super fm?

with a proper layout, 10m/s is possible also with HDP! I hope to have a speed layout also here next month!

but, as you see in the video, the straight section was impressive long! in normal speed tracks we run about 9m/s.
actually MDP is not admitted in Expert class, but only in TOP (with 8 rollers and modified gear ratio), so is hard to compare

Nice car bro notworthy.gif ....but by looking at the tyre even you achieved 34mm for better top speed, but they looks heavy lol, imo 31mm might perform better lol.....Just imo. Btw what is the weight of this car?

Tks for sharing your car bro! notworthy.gif

Cheers!

i know tires weren't made good, but was my first and last double layer wheels, cuz this year is not admitted anymore in my class... anyway, heavy wheels can help to preserve top speed in the small corner section!

Yes yes.....true! It depend on the lay out! Pls don mind me asking a question! In that video, is that speed really reach up to 10m/sec? That speed in video doesn't look really fast but IMO may be that video is capture far away so it look not really high speed. May I know what is the length in that lay out, how many straights n corner? Got time attack? What fastest time attack? Mind telling me bro? icon_rolleyes.gif

this layout 250meters, they are using 25 sec to complete it, so it's 10m/s...
