difficult to recognize enelpoops with colour cuz they've made a lot of limited graphics...
usually here we use the white eneloop 2000, eneloop lite 1000 (white or azure) are too small, XXX and other 2500 too heavy |

report of our jump race
and some PICS i took the 8th time in expert class and 5th in top, but after a fly out in the final session i finished 6th... for me the hardest part was the rebound after slope in (someone said no hangin dampers?), but many people failed the triple jump after start: if the mini doesn't jump straight, will hit the other jump on the side! for the first time i saw a mini do a 360° in the air and land in the track! question: you super super speed race will be with LC bridge or rainbow? |

with a proper layout, 10m/s is possible also with HDP! I hope to have a speed layout also here next month!

I did it with 34mm, but all other racers with standard 31mm
anyway, the track was this one » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by clio8v: Nov 14 2011, 07:55 PM |

the car was this one
but, as you see in the video, the straight section was impressive long! in normal speed tracks we run about 9m/s. actually MDP is not admitted in Expert class, but only in TOP (with 8 rollers and modified gear ratio), so is hard to compare |

i know tires weren't made good, but was my first and last double layer wheels, cuz this year is not admitted anymore in my class... anyway, heavy wheels can help to preserve top speed in the small corner section!

@skool87: check 105mm size and put plastic caps on stabilizers!
@cebulifer: this setting is only for rainbow LC, impossible to clear LC bridge with only 2° on the front rollers! @abyss: Beta is only a sticker! |

nice layout, but not so fast... i think 9m/s could be a very good result!

QUOTE(cebulifer @ Nov 17 2011, 01:08 PM) how about this clio? any suggestions? my brakes sucks. but that's the only FRP I have left. what do you want to do with this mini? as said, my setting is suitable only for speed tracks, where all lane changer are rainbow or loop type, so no need any brake, rubber rings or mass dampers! » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « anyway, even if you want to race with bridge lc or jums, do not shorten so much front rollers and use carbon o double layer frp instead of duralluminium rear support! |
