Exactly.. Mostly these companies can get if they win the court case also some minor damages.

Dont worry.. U can go work at other places.. This clause is in regard a supression of ur legal right. So if u are sued in court u can win.. The clause is vague and doesnt provide compelling evidence that working in another company will cause injusctice to ur current one. .
