I bought a gift for someone and the status has been pending for close to 10 hours. I called my credit card company and they confirm the transaction was approved. Any ideas how to fix this?

jUZ purchase all the DD dlc, its cheaper than the black friday sales.
Though i got additional 2.6gb to dl today. N my stupid HAWX 2 re-dl 5.6gb after verify cache   |

ok, can already, i delete the AppUpdateStats.blob and ClientRegistry.blob, restart pc, start steam, wait few mins to finish the update then login. login take less than 5 secs
