arkham city is not a steamwork title so you can't activate it on steam

only the one you bought from nvidia card can be activate on steam

already release in the united state, while preload for europe

actually arkham city has no preload, i just type this steam://install/57400 on my web browser to force it to preload

it a steamwork title and no region lock, so anyone can buy it and activate on steam without a problem

yea the game is downloading..but no way to stop the download. tongue.gif

that method only allow you to preload the game early, but will not allow you to play it
