very confuse about the gps/agps problem, one of you change the board and remain the 8107 software and problem solved. then another one use back the same board but with the latest software and problem solved too!

anyway how do they get the lastest 7.7 tango last month? and we are in malaysia! lol

myself also with the a-gps shown in GPSInfo, yes with the same problem as most of other users, keeps on pointing me to holland, but anyway i dont use gps that often cause only travel in kl/pj. i think i will wait for the 7.7 software updates before going to plaza berjaya. or can we just go for the latest software updates, anyone try before?

if you say that you are using os 8773 means that your 'Software' in your phone information is not showing Windows® Phone 7.5 anymore, it should be Windows® Phone 7.7 (I guess)

and bro razorhavoc, how about yours? what is your phone info like after upgrade? can we just download the nokia care suite and upgrade the firmware?

i was thinking that if firmware 8773 corrects the gps problem then no need to visit NCC already, i know what is it like the hassle you guys have been through

OIC...so it is still WP7.5, then i think there is another/last upgrade which is 7.7 if we are not going to get 8.0 Apollo.

so can it (8773) handle the USSD now? I mean with 8107 we cant call those info service numbers such as *128#, and i read about 8773 that it is going to solve this problem

and i just read from the lumia 610 thread, members there are still facing with this problem although lumia 610 is already equipped with 8773. (or is it?)

bro, lumia 710 is a good buy...but since you are not in hurry then might as well save more for lumia 800/900

then just downgrade to lumia 610, you get almost the same feeling with some $$$ saved

there were times whereby once i press the power button to activate the screen and the wallpaper seems very slow going up and the tiles also moving in slow motion. this happens once awhile, screen went blank 1 time, have to lock back the screen and repress the unlock button again

we simply cant get enough, or at least me. i think by the time WP7.8 reach me my 710 already become a phone where i will just throw it on the table after use or at least swirl it on the mamak stall table during tea time, still handle it with care at this moment and waiting for the 8773 updates

read on the nokia support link preloaded in my ie saying that tango will only reach malaysia end july

camera extra is available in the market if you set your region to the US.

but i changed mine to the US as well, but not phone updates pops up, any luck bro chonglol?

errr...i even click forget this phone in zune and reestablished the connection again and it was about 2-3 minutes searching for updates. but yes 'your phone is up to date' was shown! grrrrr!!!!!!!

or maybe we try set it to Uzbek...lol

bro chonglol i think the region setting doesnt affect the update, because the system will recognise us from our local IP

Never on 3G since last month but battery seems the same but i dont have chance to use it till empty before charging since i am always on the move. Also never have chance for music yet. Never have the tile problem so far and haven't crash too. My only problem is still the gps. you should take out and put back battery and see whether it helps

oic...yeah going to send in just before the expiry next year, coz i rarely need gps...when they change it then i can get a new board and probably new casing then equals to new phone already! heheheh

bro, no setting needed. it's automatic. once your phone start ringing just flip it and it's muted

as for the case i always buy from ebay, or you may go to those big shopping complex with lots of booth selling cellphones
