im not sure bout the pay range - i was contractor with shell previously. but i think its about the same.
also BP is growing in MY, so they open up alots of opportunity.
from my understanding, BP planned moving to the east (same as shell). to hire more east people :
-high quality - dependable
-medium pay rate
BP also have 3rd party org, accenture,IBM & so on. and just so u know, BP oil are more then shell smile.gif

hahaha...having more oil reserves or cash flow doesnt mean BP will dump it into malaysia as u need to know if malaysia is a key country for BP to growth or not....good example is Exxon, the world super major also didnt really keen to expend(in fact they are downsizing) in malaysia as well as they are happy with their existing Upstream business...i believe the reason why all major O&G still operate their shared centre here is because we are cheap and also because the MSC tax exemption is too good for them....now my friend, the trend is slowly shifting to India (more talents and cheap) for technical and also manila shared centres are catching up and fast... nod.gif
