east is not necessarily Malaysia  Maybe now, but once the system stabilize, time to handover to a more low cost effective country(not just IT but also engineering)...hehehe
the only company that dont do outsourcing is Exxon. They really prefer in-house support. ( as far as I know from my friends...)
